Elijah L. Kramer

PRESIDENT

Elijah is a native of Watertown, WI where he graduated from Watertown High School in 2000. After, he enlisted in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Analyst and deployed to Iraq in 2003. Elijah retired from the Army in 2012 and immediately pursued a bachelor’s degree in psychology through the University of Phoenix. After graduating in 2015, he then pursued an associate degree in human services and substance abuse counseling.

After graduating in 2017, he attained his credential to practice substance abuse counseling and has since worked for various programs, including at Rogers Behavioral Health. Also in 2017, Elijah began his Master of Social Work studies at Concordia University and completed his first semester prior to taking a break due to some life changes. In 2018, he, Ashley Kramer, and her family established Marty-Kramer Group, a Limited Liability Company that provides assisted living services to members of the Richland County community.

On January 1, 2020 the mental health and substance abuse clinic co-owned by he and Ashley opened its doors. Since, he has worked with several individuals struggling with substance use disorders, dependency, and trauma related issues. He also recently returned to the Master of Social Work program at Arizona State University to complete his master’s degree.

Ashley M. Kramer

VICE PRESIDENT

Ashley was born in California and raised in Richland Center where she graduated from Richland Center High School in 2006. She went on to attend Viterbo University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Social Work in 2011. She later went on to attend UW MIlwaukee, where she graduated with her Masters of Social Work (MSW) in 2014. Since, she has worked her way from an Advanced Practice Social Worker to a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In addition to her work with the Foundation, she also owns and directs Pine Counseling Inc. in Richland Center.

Ashley gained her experience as a social worker working in several programs over the years that serve children, adolescents, and adults. She also has gained experience working with individuals struggling with chemical dependency. She brings to the Foundation her knowledge and expertise in not only providing behavioral health treatment services but also in advocating for social change.

Brandi J. Christianson

DIRECTOR / TREASURER

Brandi was born and raised in Richland Center and graduated from Ithaca High School in 2014. She then attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout where, in 2018, she graduated with a dual Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice Rehabilitation and Vocational Rehabilitation, with a concentration in substance abuse counseling. Since, she has worked in various treatment programs that provide behavioral health services to adolescents and adults.

In January of 2020, she joined the team at Pine Counseling as a substance abuse counselor. Since, she has been using her education and experience to treat individuals involved with the criminal justice system that struggle with substance use disorders. She joined the Foundation’s board to lend her experience and knowledge to the community.
